I have come across your email ID on the net and thought it would be worth interacting with you on our proposed number on Managing India's creative industry. The Contemporary Manager, as the name suggests, is read by professional managers. However, it has been the endeavour of the editorial board to focus on not strictly management issues but to widen the scope of the practicing managers especially to areas which could gain from modern management in terms of enhanced value creation. Our August issue is on Managing India's Creative Industry.
The editorial in the May edition has a reference to the Banarasi weavers' plight.
